“Last year was my first tour through the UK and I can’t wait to return this Fall. The crowds are so attentive and respectful of the musicians over there. It’s a real treat to get to work out new songs in front of that kind of audience. I’m looking forward to connecting with some friends I made last year and excited to play for some new faces this year!” – Keith Kenny

Since the release of his new self-titled album, Keith Kenny has been lighting up venues around the United States with his incendiary one-man show and will be touring in the UK this month. Kenny will be traveling with his iconic “’Big Red Suitcase” which he uses as a kick drum during his live show while also playing guitar, harmonica, hi-hat, and singing. The New Jersey native is able to emulate the sound of a full rock band with his percussive fingerstyle approach to the acoustic guitar and an array of effects pedals. His music has been compared to Neil Young meets Jack White and is definitely a “must see” concert.
Kenny’s “Big Red Suitcase Tour” has taken him to over 80 U.S. cities and beyond over the past few years. The most recent addition to his constant tour schedule has been opening for one of his guitar idols, Mickey Melchiondo a.k.a. Dean Ween from WEEN. Kenny recently opened for 20+ shows on both the East and West Coast and has been creating a huge buzz among WEEN fans around the world. It has been an exciting time for Kenny as he is seeing new heights to his live performances and getting some stage time with some of his long time luminaries.
