Four tracks on the CD here – short and sweet but very impactful indeed.
From the quiet intro of ‘Cinderella’ which leads into a belting guitar-led smash to the distinctly local subject matter closing track of ‘Hendon Horror Show’, you come away after listening to it with the feeling that Dead Wet Things have crafted a thing of beauty. Highlight track for me is ‘TopMan Mannequin’ which its choppy guitar work and a purely thumping bass line.
